Phone or Email Bookings:  Our appointment software will send a txt asking to confirm your appointment, by clicking the link our system will request a deposit to confirm your booking time.  Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is paid.


Online Bookings: A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from your total invoice on the day of your appointment.


We have a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel, or no-show within this window, a cancellation fee will be charged. 


No worries! Contact our team within 24 hours. We offer a 7 day color and cut grace period during which we will invite you back to the salon for complimentary adjustments. We do not offer refunds on services.
